PowerUp Bonus Rewards

The PowerUp Bonus resets at 12:00 a.m. PT on the 1st of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of the month. To earn a bonus, you must meet the subscriber and content requirements within that window. Bonuses do not roll over month to month.

No. PowerUp Bonus levels are not stackable. You’ll receive only the highest tier you qualify for during the month.

To qualify, you must publish new, original piece(s) of content during the current month.

Eligible formats include:

• YouTube videos (7+ minutes; tutorials, walkthroughs, or reviews)
• Blog posts or articles (how-tos, comparisons, reviews, use cases)
• Email newsletters featuring Helium 10
• TikTok videos or TikTok Lives (link required)
• Instagram Reels (must remain live; Stories alone do not qualify)

All content must:

• Be published in the current month
• Feature at least one Helium 10 tool (e.g., Black Box, Cerebro, Xray)
• Be original, helpful, and relevant to your audience
• Include your unique Impact affiliate tracking link
• Remain live and accessible through the end of the month

Reused or republished content does not qualify. Competitor comparisons are allowed, but competitor affiliate links or promotions are not permitted.
For bonus priority, submit your content as soon as it’s live. If the monthly bonus pool is exhausted, eligible submissions received on or before the 20th are prioritized.

Yes. Each month has a $30,000 total bonus pool. Bonuses are awarded on a first-qualified, first-rewarded basis until the pool is exhausted — even if the month hasn’t ended. If the pool runs out, priority is given to eligible content submitted on or before the 20th of the month.

Tip: Publish early and start driving conversions quickly to secure your reward.

The PowerUp bonuses are paid out two months after the month they’re earned, alongside your regular affiliate commissions.

For example, bonuses earned in January will be paid out in March.

A new subscriber is a new Helium 10 customer attributed to you via your Impact tracking link within the month. We verify eligibility using Impact reporting and internal checks.

After publishing, submit the live URL using the submission form. Submissions help us verify eligibility and establish timestamp priority for first-come, first-served awards

You can join the Helium 10 Affiliate Program through Impact. Once approved, you’ll receive your unique affiliate tracking link, which you’ll use to drive new subscribers and qualify for the PowerUp Bonus. Sign up to be a Helium 10 affiliate HERE.

The Diamond Promotional Bonus is a separate, approval-based incentive available to select affiliates.

To participate, you must first be approved—email mailto:affiliatemanager@helium10.com to request access.

This bonus is separate from the PowerUp Bonus tiers and cannot be stacked. For example, if you drive 10 Diamond new subscribers, you’ll earn the $1,000 Diamond Bonus—but those 10 subscribers will not count toward a PowerUp tier like Momentum.

However, those Diamond subscribers are simply carved out from your total. You can still qualify for a PowerUp tier using your remaining new subscribers, as long as you meet the content requirement.

To qualify, Diamond subscribers must come from eligible offers, including:

• 10%, 20%, or 25% Diamond coupon codes
• Diamond annual plans
• Geolocked or non-standard discounts are not eligible for the Diamond Promotional Bonus.
